The professional standard of our intervention is not adapted to the hotel context : it is identical to what we apply at private home visits across the canton.

What is the shortest possible lead time?
Response within 30 minutes during business hours (9 am-9 pm), within 60 minutes late evening. The therapist is then with you 60 to 90 minutes after confirmation. With an urgent supplement we have already delivered in 45 minutes : not guaranteed, but often possible.
Can you intervene very early or very late?
Standard coverage 7 am to 11 pm. On request, sessions from 5:30 am (pre-flight preparation) or until 1 am. Beyond that : possible with 24-hour advance booking and a slot supplement (CHF 100).
How do you handle payment without a bank trace?
Cash in CHF, EUR or USD accepted without question, paid directly to the therapist at the end of the session. Paper receipt issued in any name you choose. For higher amounts, mention it at booking so the therapist prepares the change.
Can you sign a custom NDA?
Our standard NDA covers identity, conversations and information about the stay. For a specific NDA (penalty clause, jurisdiction), send us the draft in advance ; the therapist signs it before entering the room. Standard procedure with several Geneva 5-stars.
Multiple group members in succession?
Yes. One therapist can run 2 or 3 sessions during a single stay. For 4 simultaneous sessions or more, we send multiple coordinated therapists. Mention group composition at the first contact.
What if the session is not a fit?
Tell us during or after. If the discomfort comes from the therapist (mis-calibrated pressure, intrusive behaviour), we replace immediately with another therapist for your next session : free, no questions asked.
