Stopover between Web Summit and Davos
Founders in transit, 1-3 night stay, flexible agenda. 90 min therapeutic + sports combined. Preference for the senior therapist, who returns at each visit.
Session with lake view from your private terrace
On request, the therapist can set up the table on your private terrace (weather permitting). Typical request April-September, morning slot before 11 am. Very popular with our creative clientele.
Lear Jet arrival 10 pm, session at 11:30 pm
Booking triggered during the flight. The therapist is ready on your hotel arrival. Light drainage 60 min to switch into sleep mode. The Woodward’s most frequent format.
Europe trip stopover
Couples 90 min in suite, coordination with the butler for candles, champagne and music. Often repeated at later trip stops.
Young family in suite
Husband + wife + older children. Sessions for both adults in alternation while the children are at the Guerlain spa (with parents). Simple coordination via the butler.
Combined with the in-house Guerlain spa
3-5 night stay oriented around wellbeing. You alternate Guerlain spa treatments and our in-room sessions. Complementary, not competing.

At the Woodward, your personal butler is the central point of contact. You can reach us directly or through them : both work.

Therapist profile, time, price. Your butler is informed under the motive you’ve agreed on, or not at all if you prefer.
The therapist arrives
Enters via the Quai Wilson provider reception, takes the service elevator. Neutral work attire, discreet transport bag.
Polished setup
In suite or on the terrace (season permitting). Silent setup in 5 minutes. The butler can serve a water or tea on your request, before or after the session.
Absolute discretion, same protocol as at home
The professional standard of our intervention is not adapted to the hotel context : it is identical to what we apply at private home visits across the canton.
Confidentiality by default
- Standard NDA signed by every therapist working in 5-star hotels. Enhanced NDA on request for sensitive clientele.
- We never discuss an intervention with any third party, including your concierge if they placed the booking on your behalf.
- Billing in the format you choose : personal name, company, agreed alias, cash in CHF without digital trace.
- No automated post-session confirmation sent unless you ask for it. No photos, no public reviews solicited.
- Silent coordination with your security team if present.
Professional standard
- Strict code of conduct. Working uniform. Sheet always covers the body except the precise area being treated at that moment.
- Minimal conversation, pressure calibration at the start, silence afterwards if you prefer.
- Any request outside the professional scope is refused immediately by the therapist, who interrupts the session and leaves the room.
- Selection on prior experience in 5-star spa or private medical practice. Several therapists are also qualified physiotherapists or osteopaths.
- Allergies, medical contraindications : mention at booking so the protocol adapts.

The Woodward has 26 suites, not 200. We intervene there one to three times a week, which lets the same therapists return for each of our recurring guests’ stays. Our four-strong European core is selected on prior experience in Guerlain spas (in particular), Bürgenstock, La Réserve Geneva, or private medical practice.

What is the shortest possible lead time?
Response within 30 minutes during business hours (9 am-9 pm), within 60 minutes late evening. The therapist is then with you 60 to 90 minutes after confirmation. With an urgent supplement we have already delivered in 45 minutes : not guaranteed, but often possible.
Can you intervene very early or very late?
Standard coverage 7 am to 11 pm. On request, sessions from 5:30 am (pre-flight preparation) or until 1 am. Beyond that : possible with 24-hour advance booking and a slot supplement (CHF 100).
How do you handle payment without a bank trace?
Cash in CHF, EUR or USD accepted without question, paid directly to the therapist at the end of the session. Paper receipt issued in any name you choose. For higher amounts, mention it at booking so the therapist prepares the change.
Can you sign a custom NDA?
Our standard NDA covers identity, conversations and information about the stay. For a specific NDA (penalty clause, jurisdiction), send us the draft in advance ; the therapist signs it before entering the room. Standard procedure with several Geneva 5-stars.
Multiple group members in succession?
Yes. One therapist can run 2 or 3 sessions during a single stay. For 4 simultaneous sessions or more, we send multiple coordinated therapists. Mention group composition at the first contact.
What if the session is not a fit?
Tell us during or after. If the discomfort comes from the therapist (mis-calibrated pressure, intrusive behaviour), we replace immediately with another therapist for your next session : free, no questions asked.
